Why give online?
Online Giving will help you in several ways. It saves time–fewer checks to write. It helps you stay current–even if you’re on vacation or out of town. You can make one time gifts or recurring gifts, it helps maintain your record of giving, and it’s easy to use and easy to cancel.
What forms of payment can I use?
Presently Mastercard, VISA, Discover, or American Express credit cards are accepted. You can also directly pay from a checking or savings account..
Is online giving safe?
Online giving is less risky than handwritten checks. It cannot be lost, stolen, or destroyed in the mail. It has an extremely high rate of accuracy and is easier for the church accounting office to process.
Are there administrative fees involved with online giving?
Yes. Gateway pays merchant fees for each credit or debit card gift. However, directly paying from your bank account (ACH) has a much lower merchant fee.
Who can make payments?
Any individual may make a payment.
I would still prefer to give through the mail. How do I do this?
Yes, please make checks payable to Gateway Baptist Church, and address your envelope this way:
